In recent years ‘Habitat Pruning’ has also been adopted by Port Macquarie Hastings Council and larger scale land managers, developers and residential home owners.
Habitat pruning is no doubt a more environmentally friendly approach and a more economically viable method of tree management in contrast to complete large tree removal, which can incur high costs.
